Virtual Augmented Reality Game Apps | RONRIK.COM

Remember those careless days when you never worried about anything but what color your Barbie’s nails are? What about the days when the only way to connect to the Internet was via your home phone, and it had to do with wires, and everyone couldn’t talk on the phone during that time, and you had to pay a lot to stay online even 10 minutes? Now, you have another option, and that is – the world’s at your feet if you have Internet access. You can even be at another place right as we speak!

Virtual reality is ‘a computer-simulated environment that can simulate physical presence in places in the real world or imagined worlds’. To the stars, madam? – No problem! Using the latest computer science technology now everything is possible. It is used as a simulator for practice, for example, in navy or piloting. But we are talking about something closer to us here – video games. Who doesn’t like games, anyway? People make thousands of millions dollars because of it! It’s not about the money, though, right? No, Jessie, sorry. It’s exactly about money.

But, the definition of great game varies from person to person. That’s probably the reason for the existence of many different virtual reality games. There has to be something for everybody. The odds are, you don’t even have the same clothing taste with you father. That’s why the gaming industry offers different games from different genders, because probably dad would like to play chess and you would like to rule the world.
Sports, role playing and war themes – all at your disposal to use whichever way you want! Well, there isn’t really another way to use them, but you get the point. We can’t really pinpoint games enjoyed by adults or ones enjoyed by younger kids. There are games that have and will remain popular, and games that have the peanut-sized popularity. But, who cares? As long as there’s something that will serve as entertainment for us people, we can adjust to almost anything, right?

Since video game developers are trying to make games as realistic as possible, using 3D and implementing heart-stopping graphic elements, virtual and augmented reality will fit right into the picture. Because it is not enough to have a great gameplay and plot, the entire video/audio experience is just as important. Technology, despite having advanced so much, can only do so much. Don’t expect the games to magically transform you into some mystical human being, capable of immense destruction.

It’s up to you to decide if you prefer an altered version of the real world or a different universe where anything is possible. Whatever you decide, have in mind that these two important components – virtual and augmented reality have been implemented right there in your favorite game to give you something that you have never played before.
